Delicious donuts. A huge selection. This shop is a 10 out of 10. Go there and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

I LOVE DONUTS! These are fresh, big selection, they have great breakfast sandwiches and all reasonably priced. Things to know, their Raised Chocolate and even Old Fashion Chocolate donuts are first given a coating of glaze and then given a coating of chocolate. This makes these particular (chocolate) donuts too sweet for my family's taste. I will ask if they have this with all their chocolate and maple donuts before making my next selection.

Great donuts and crossants. The specialty donuts are super cool for the kids and grandkids. Im always greeted with a friendly smile and a "Good Morning" . They are so sweet. The store is Always Clean!

Very clean. The selection of their regular donuts beats any other donut shop I've tried. The place was packed and everyone behind the counter jumped in and handled everyone and everything with excellence. And - the donuts were delicious!

Literally the best donut shop in town. Their donuts never disappoint and their customer service is the best. Such sweet and kind people.

Unique and yummy donuts! Quick service. It's a place you pick up and go. There was no seating. Would recommend.

I've been coming to fails donuts since I was a kid. I love their donuts, are nice and big. They have friendly service and it's a great place to have a cup of coffee and talk to locals.

The donuts were super cute and colorful and appealing to the eye, they not only look beautiful but tasted delicious. I am a sucker for a good maple donut and they hit the expectation. The service was good and quick. The kids loved them!

The ambiance within the walls holding this place up, is calming and I enjoyed that. I live with ADHD amongst a few other mental-health conditions so I switched to a low-carb sugar-free eating plan way back in 2001 I believe it was. Recently I began to crave sugar which isn't my usual motive operandi so I went with it and discovered two individual donut storefront's some distance apart from each other. Today, it's Fails Donut Factory. I uploaded, for your viewing pleasure, greater than 25 photos "today" if my count is accurate. Thus far, I've dined on the bear-claw, filled generously with the most delicious Apple Compote; the amount of Cinnamon is perfect; not too much; not too little. So far it's my favorite donut from them. I should mention though, this is my first time shopping here. I've taken the guess-work out of the ~Cost~ by snapping some real-time photos of their out-in-the open and hanging behind the counter, pricing sheets for items for sale. Another favorite I dined on today is their Croissant glazed donut. It was out of this world!!! No exaggeration; truly. The helpful nicely dressed & clean looking in appearance woman behind the counter told me she was putting one of these beauties in with my order so I could try them. Wondering if I'm not the only Consumer looking puzzled when trying to wrap my mind around a croissant (butter, salty goodness) donut (sweet). It was beyond satisfying. No need for improvement either, on any of the donuts I purchased like their full of apples; Apple Fritter. Again a winner!!! No need to describe just crispy chewy crunchy edges and outter layer sweet as are the diced apples inside of this creation. Can't tell if it's fresh apple or canned but it tastes like "fresh". If you have a look, at the just taken today photos I uploaded here on Yelp's business listing, I think you may find some of your questions to yourself, answered. That's my hope & intention. HOURS: I Verified the hours of operation with the woman and she agreed; up to date and working 7 days per week. There's a photo I took listing the hours of operation. They are clearly posted on the front entrance. Great! I also noted a "YELP"!!! (So awesome to see their participation!) Sticker on the front glass of their front door opening and snapped a picture of it. Not sure what happened to it but it appears to be in need of retirement; very soon, and replaced with fresh, in-new-condition "Supportive material from Yelp to the willing public consumer." It looks cracked & crackled maybe from years of wear or cleaning the glass; its just tired now, its done its duty & we need to get you some replacements. What I can do, is Reach-Out to my Community Yelp! Manager, Rachel I believe her name is, and inform her of the "need". If Yelp! agrees I may be able to assist this classy storefront, in installing the new Yelp! product(s) for consumer-awareness which is another way of saying "Complimentary Advertising by Yelp!". I'll ask Rachel if I'm in the right lane or not either way I'll keep this review up-to-date. I think that about wraps up this supportive review of this consumer-orientated business. I say supportive as, this shop just displaying our "Yelp" banner-like Sticker and the sticker needing to be freshened up; speaks VOLUMES of this businesses desire to THRIVE and make a positive+ impact in this world. Thank you, ~ Jana Leigh Thomas, Sr. Yelper :)
